Fresh Flowers

Fresh Local Flowers
At For Something Beautiful, we are committed to our values rooted in sustainability in community. We make every effort to source our flowers from local farms and therefore there is a seasonality and shelf life to our flowers. While we pride ourselves in providing the longest lasting fresh wild blooms we cannot be held accountable for matching a specific flower type or color unless otherwise contracted and only through special order.

Accountability
Once our flowers have left the hands of our For Something Beautiful delivery or pick up service, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the products. For Something Beautiful is not liable for damage made by the client in transit or business.

Force Majeure
If For Something Beautiful is not able to perform or provide in entirety its contracted services or products for any reason, not limited to, but including Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties, all payments with the exception of the deposit will be returned in full.

Cancellation Policy
We must receive a 72 hour notice of cancellation on all fresh flower orders including in home subscription products. Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hello@forsomethingbeautiful.com as soon as you're able and we will provide next steps.

Subscriptions

How Our Subscriptions work
We provide a unique in-home flower subscriptions service for our arrangements. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscription orders can be placed on our website or by calling. For Something Beautiful has the right to refuse service at any point in the subscription service and refund will be provided if flowers are not designed per contracted obligations.

Payment must be completely processed 72 hours prior to order fulfillment. You must give us 72 hours or more notice before changing subscription dates.

Merchandise

Deliveries

Claim Non-Delivery
If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24-48 hours for a complete investigation. Once the arrangement or wrap has been delivered to the recipients address, we are no longer responsible for the item(s). We make every effort to contact someone if no one is home to collect the order. At this point, For Something Beautiful reserves the right to attempt redelivery of your order. If we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund or redelivery.

Rejected Delivery
If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, we are unable to provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.

Quality
If a delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact For Something Beautiful within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
